How do I get a quote?

Email info@eventpro.lv or call +371 22 124 884 - quote within 1-2 business days. We need event venue, guest count and date.

How early to book?

Small kits - 1-2 weeks ahead. Large systems - 4-6 weeks. Summer season and December book out earlier.

Do you deliver outside Riga?

Yes, all of Latvia. Up to 50 km from Riga - free. Beyond - EUR 0.50/km. Large deliveries get a separate quote.

Do I need a separate technician?

Most kits include an operator (sound, light, LED). Electrician for large systems (50 kW+) - always included.

Is the equipment insured?

Yes, all gear insured on our side. Client only liable for intentional damage - exact terms in the contract.
