About this rental
Latvian weather is not simple - so for outdoor events tents are not luxury, they're a must. EventPro tent rental offers Stretch, Pagoda and Pole tents from 25 m² to 1,500 m². We bundle with flooring, walls, windows, doors and - if needed - heating or cooling.
Tents must be properly anchored - it is a legal and safety matter. We have ballast block systems (on asphalt or concrete) and ground anchors (on soft ground). Wind resistance up to 9-12 m/s depending on tent type. Before the event we prepare a technical plan with municipal sign-off.

How much does tent rental cost?
Small tent 6×6 m (36 m²) - from EUR 350. Mid-size 10×15 m (150 m²) - EUR 800-1,500. Large banquet tent 20×30 m - from EUR 3,500. Includes delivery, setup and teardown.
Do you need power inside the tent?
Standard tents only need 16 A for lighting. With heating or more light - 32 A or more. For rural sites we recommend our generator rental.
Can you host a full-banquet wedding in a tent?
Yes, for a 150-200 guest banquet wedding a 12×24 m tent is ideal. Tables, dance floor, DJ zone and bar fit inside. Walls and doors create proper privacy.
How early to set up?
Small tent - day before. Mid-size - 1-2 days. Large banquet tent - 2-3 days. We check the site beforehand - ground and drainage matters.
Can tents survive strong wind or rain?
Reinforced CE-class tents withstand rain and wind up to 12 m/s. Stronger wind requires evacuation or partial dismantling - safety procedures discussed beforehand.
