About this rental
A stage and podiums are the foundation of an event - without them speakers and artists are invisible. EventPro stage rental offers modular structures that fit any room or outdoor venue. Our modular systems (Layher and Prolyte) allow heights from 20 cm to 2 m and loads up to 750 kg/m². Kits include railings, stairs, ramps and - for large outdoor events - roofs.
We pick the stage by event format. For a conference a small podium 4×3 m at 40 cm works. For a concert or festival - 8×6 m or larger, with roof, backstage monitor zone and artist ramps. We build and tear down with our own team - the client does not need to source separate riggers.

Do you need permits for outdoor stages?
Yes, public spaces need a municipal permit. We help with documentation - we have CE certification and safety tests for all structures.
Is the stage safe in rain?
Surface is slip-resistant, roofs are waterproof. High wind (8 m/s+) requires reinforcement with ties or closure - we always recommend a backup plan.
How long does setup take?
Small podium - 2-4 hours. Mid-size stage - 6-8 hours. Large festival stage with roof - 1-2 days. Setup included in rental.
Can you do stage design?
Yes, we partner with decorators - LED backdrops, fabric, brand visuals. We work with 3D render models before the event.
