About this rental
LED screens are no longer luxury - they are standard at corporate events, conferences, concerts and openings. EventPro provides LED video walls with various pixel pitches - from P2.5 for detailed close-up video to P6 for large outdoor events. The screens are modular - we assemble the right size for your venue and image aspect ratio (16:9, 21:9, ultra-wide).
Video switching matters as much as the screen. We supply Blackmagic ATEM or Roland V-1HD desks for seamless switching between presentations, cameras and pre-recorded video. For conferences we recommend picture-in-picture, with a smaller camera feed of the speaker and a larger slide presentation.

How much does LED screen rental cost?
Small screen 4 m² (P3.9) - from EUR 500/day. Mid-size 12 m² - EUR 1,200-1,800/day. Large 30+ m² with switching - from EUR 3,000/day. Includes delivery, setup and a video operator.
Does the LED screen work outdoors?
Yes, we have P4.8 and P6 screens with IP65 protection. 5,000+ nits brightness ensures visibility even in sunlight. Rain and wind resistance meets CE standards.
What is pixel pitch and which to choose?
Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs in mm. Smaller = higher resolution. P2.5-P3.9 for close-up viewing (3-5 m), P4.8-P6 for medium and long range. For conferences we recommend P3.9, for outdoor concerts P4.8 or P6.
How early to set up?
Small screen - 3-4 hours ahead. Large video walls - a full day or more. We need a wall/floor test before mounting to assess load.
Can you connect to live stream or video broadcast?
Yes, we integrate with Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live, Vimeo. Switching allows combining multiple cameras, presentations and remote speakers in one feed.
