Round-number anniversaries, family milestones and meaningful birthdays do not happen often, so we want them to land. EventPro takes over the practical side: search, selection, planning, on-day coordination. You get to be at the centre of the celebration.
We work with private events from 20 to 200 guests, shaping them to reflect personality - some want an intimate manor evening with vinyl music, others a livelier party with a DJ and a photo booth.

How much does an anniversary party for 50 cost?
A typical budget for a 50-guest anniversary is EUR 4,000-9,000 with venue, catering, decor and music. A concrete quote is ready after a short brief.
How early to plan?
For summer and December celebrations plan 2-3 months ahead. Other times of year 4-6 weeks is enough.
Can we hold it at my house or garden?
Yes, we regularly run celebrations at private homes and gardens. We bring the marquee, furniture, equipment, catering and staff - you just enjoy.
Can you take care of surprises?
Yes - one of our favourite tasks. Fireworks, live music, letters from friends, a remote video greeting - we will arrange and time it.
Do you guarantee confidentiality?
Yes, our team works discreetly with private events. We do not publish photos without your permission and sign an NDA on request.
