How much does a corporate event in Riga cost?
A typical corporate event budget for 100 guests in Riga ranges from EUR 8,000 to 20,000 depending on venue, catering and artist choice. We prepare a no-commitment quote within 2 business days after a short brief.
How much lead time do you need?
A standard corporate event needs 6-10 weeks. For December year-end galas we recommend reserving the venue and our team already in August - the best Riga venues are booked 4-5 months in advance.
Does EventPro handle catering too?
We work with trusted catering partners across Latvia and include catering in the total event budget. You can choose between a banquet, buffet, cocktail or finger food format - we will propose 2-3 partner options for you to pick.
Can you organize an event outside Riga?
Yes, we regularly work in Jurmala, Liepaja, Daugavpils, Ventspils and smaller towns. We bring all the equipment, artists and staff on-site - no need to source local vendors yourself.
Will your team be on-site during the event?
Yes, every event has an assigned project manager and a technical coordinator on-site from setup to teardown. You enjoy the event - we handle everything else.
