About the service
Team building only works when it fits the team. EventPro does not push one universal scenario - we start with a short audit of team size, mix, goals and budget, then propose 2-3 variants that actually fit.
We work with teams from 10 to 300 people - IT, manufacturing, services, public sector. Activities range from quests and orienteering to cooking classes, BBQs, boat trips and outdoor expeditions.

How much does team building for 30 cost?
Half-day team building for 30 - from EUR 50 per person; full-day programme with catering - from EUR 100. The exact price depends on activities and location.
How long should it last?
The sweet spot is 4-6 hours - long enough to build atmosphere and run a couple of activities, short enough not to tire people out.
Our team has different fitness levels - what do you offer?
Most activities are designed so everyone can join at their own level. There are always alternatives - e.g. creative workshops running in parallel with sportier options.
Can you organize team building outside Riga?
Yes, many events take place in Sigulda, Cesis, Jurmala and hotels in central Latvia. Logistics is our problem to solve.
Can you combine team building with a strategy session?
Yes - a frequently requested format. Mornings for strategy, afternoons for team activities, evenings for a shared dinner. Works well for management offsites.
