About the service
Wedding planning in Latvia is a very personal process - every couple has their own story, palette and dream of what the day should look like. EventPro works with weddings at different scales: from intimate 30-guest ceremonies at a manor to 250-guest celebrations with a full programme.
We do not want you worrying on the wedding day about whether the DJ has arrived, the flowers got to the right spot or dinner will be on time. That is why we offer the full package - from planning to on-day coordination.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a wedding in Latvia cost?
A typical wedding budget for 80 guests in Latvia is EUR 12,000-25,000 all-in - venue, catering, decor, music, photo/video. Our planning fee is EUR 1,500-3,500 depending on scope.
How early should we book a wedding planner?
Summer weddings (June-August) should be booked 8-12 months ahead - top venues and our own calendar fill up. For winter and spring weddings 4-6 months is enough.
Can we book only part of the service?
Yes. We offer three packages: full planning, on-the-day coordination or a single service (sound, light, host). We always recommend at least a day-of coordinator - it frees you from the technical worries.
Can you do destination weddings - countryside or seaside?
Yes, we regularly work in Jurmala, around Cesis, Sigulda, Ventspils and small manors across Latvia. We bring all the equipment and crew with us.
What does the process look like?
We start with a short meeting (in person or Zoom) about your vision, date, budget and guest count. Within 5 business days you get a detailed proposal with options and pricing.
