Do you provide simultaneous interpretation?

Yes, we regularly run conferences with LV/EN/RU simultaneous interpretation. We provide booths, interpreters and attendee headsets.

Can you record and live-stream the conference?

Yes. We record the conference multi-camera and stream to YouTube/Vimeo/Zoom Webinar or your own platform. Edited materials are ready within a few days.

How early should planning start?

International conferences - 4-6 months ahead. Local ones - 2-3 months. This time is needed to line up speakers, sponsors and registration.

Can you handle attendee registration?

Yes, we use our own platform - attendees register online, pay the ticket, get a QR code; we scan it at the door. Live attendance reporting available.

Do we need a technical director?

For conferences from 200 attendees - yes, mandatory. The tech director coordinates all equipment from backstage and solves issues before you notice them.
