EventPro is an event agency in Riga with experience in 1,500+ events across Latvia. We produce corporate events, weddings, festivals and public events with full technical and logistical support.
Our story
EventPro was founded in 2013 with a mission to simplify event production in Latvia. The first events were small corporate gatherings for Riga IT companies - in the circle we worked in, many clients wanted to host events but did not know where to start. We offered one contact who handles everything: venue, gear, food, programme.
In the first years we gradually built our own technical inventory. We started with a basic sound kit delivered in our van. Today we have 800+ items - sound systems, lights, stages, LED screens, generators, furniture. Owning our gear means no middlemen - the client pays us directly without extra markups.
In recent years we have grown into a full-service event agency with a 25-person team. We work across Latvia - from Liepaja beach weddings to Daugavpils corporate events. Our clients include large Latvian and international corporations, government agencies and private individuals.
