About this rental
Power is critical for outdoor events - without it, sound, lights and sometimes even heating won't work. EventPro generator rental offers diesel generators from Atlas Copco, FG Wilson and SDMO. All low-noise (from 55 dB at 7 m), eco-class compliant, with auto power regulation.
Before the event we prepare a power plan - calculating all parallel-running equipment and proposing a generator with 30% headroom. For large events (1,000+ guests) we recommend 2 generators (main + backup). On-site electrician throughout the event - mandatory from 50 kW.

How much does generator rental cost?
Small 5 kW generator - from EUR 80/day. Mid-size 30 kW - EUR 200-350/day. Large 100+ kW with distribution - from EUR 500/day. Includes delivery and on-site electrician.
How much fuel does it use?
30 kW generator at 60% load - 7-9 litres of diesel per hour. We provide fuel (included), or for large needs we recommend refueling with continuous operation.
Will the noise bother guests?
Our generators are "silent" class at 55-65 dB at 7 m. Lower than typical restaurant background. We recommend placing larger units 30-50 m from the guest zone.
How to calculate the required power?
We build the technical plan with the event planner. A typical 100-guest event with sound, light and LED screen - 30-50 kW. 500-guest festival - 100-150 kW.
Does the generator work in rain and frost?
Yes, our generators are IP54 - rain and snow resistant. Frost down to -25°C - still operational with fuel additives. We test starting before the event.
