About this rental
EventPro sound equipment rental covers events of any scale - from a 30-person seminar to a 5,000-attendee open-air festival. Our warehouse is in Riga, from which we deliver equipment anywhere in Latvia. Sound is what guests notice first - so we only work with proven professional brands: RCF, dB Technologies, Shure, Sennheiser, Allen & Heath, Yamaha.
Before every event we prepare a technical plan - calculating volume, frequency coverage, microphone count and required cables. The standard package includes delivery, setup, teardown and a sound operator throughout the event. For 100+ guest events we recommend line array systems - they ensure even sound across the venue.

How much does sound equipment rental cost per day?
Small kit (up to 50 guests) - from EUR 150/day. Mid-tier kit (up to 200 guests) - EUR 350-650/day. Large kit with line array - from EUR 1,200/day. Price includes delivery, setup and a sound operator.
Do you deliver outside Riga?
Yes, all of Latvia. Delivery cost depends on distance - up to 50 km from Riga included; beyond that, from EUR 0.50/km.
Is the technician charged separately?
A sound operator is already included in listed prices. Larger events may need an extra technician (monitor desk or stage manager) at EUR 150-250/day.
How early to book?
Small kits - 1-2 weeks ahead. Larger systems (line array, 5,000-capacity) - 4-6 weeks. Summer season and December book out earlier.
Is the gear insured?
Our equipment is insured on our side. The client is only liable for intentional damage - exact terms in the contract.
