Hotel banquet halls are the best choice when the event has out-of-town guests - weddings with international guests, corporate conferences with foreign delegates, or 2-3 day retreats. Hotels are well-equipped for events - professional kitchens, sound and light engineers, catering and - importantly - rooms just above your head.

Technical notes
- Hotels have their own tech - but quality varies; for large events we recommend bringing our pro sound and lights
- Lighting in standard halls is usually weak - extra LED PAR and moving heads build the right atmosphere
- Wi-Fi - usually good, but conference security protocols need to be agreed upfront
- Catering - hotels offer their partners, but we can often bring our own

Does the hotel give discounts to my guests?
Standard - hotels offer 10-25% off for event guests (block booking). For 30+ rooms - extra perks possible (free welcome drinks, late check-out).
Does a hotel hall work for weddings?
Yes, many hotels (Hotel Bergs, Wellton) have very elegant banquet hall options. Wedding-friendly - dedicated coordinator and adaptable menus.
How early to book a hotel?
Summer and December - 6-9 months ahead. Other seasons - 3-4 months.
Can I bring my own DJ or musician?
Most hotels - yes, no extra fee. Some exclusive hotels charge an "outside vendor fee" of EUR 200-500.
How late can hotel events run?
Standard - until 2-3 AM. Many can extend to 4-6 AM with extra fee and guest stays counted.
