A restaurant is the simplest venue when you want to focus on the event content, not logistics. The restaurant provides the space, food, drinks, service and usually a coordinator. EventPro adds the tech (sound, light, projector), decor, programme or someone to tie everything together.

Venue - free with minimum food spend (usually EUR 30-80/person). Full exclusive booking - EUR 1,500-5,000. 50-guest dinner - EUR 3,500-7,500.

Will the restaurant be just for me?
Depends on size and your event. Small groups (20-30) - private room. Large (50+) often take the whole restaurant - guarantees privacy.
Does the restaurant provide entertainment?
Most do not. Bring a host, DJ or live music - or EventPro provides our crew.
Can I customise the menu for special requests?
Yes, if you inform 2 weeks ahead about allergies, vegan, vegetarian or other needs. Most restaurants have alternatives ready.
Do I need to book a restaurant earlier than other venues?
December and Friday evenings - yes, 3-6 months ahead. Other seasons 4-6 weeks is enough.
How many guests fit in one restaurant hall?
Small private room - 20-40. Mid - 50-80. Full restaurant - 80-150 depending on layout.
