About this venue type
Outdoor events offer what no closed space can - sky above, natural light for photography and the feeling that the event is bigger than walls. Latvian summer is short but beautiful - June to August is high season. EventPro outdoor package includes marquee, flooring, sound, light, furniture and - if needed - heating or cooling.
The main outdoor challenge is weather. So every event has a rain plan: either a marquee already in place, or we can move everything indoors or to an alternative venue within an hour. The second challenge is power. If the site is off-grid we supply a generator with enough capacity and acoustic isolation.

Technical notes
- Wind resistance - stage and marquee must be anchored right; wind forecast is a planning priority
- Outdoor sound - use cardioid speakers that contain noise; we have special outdoor line array
- Municipal permits - for city festivals and public events; we handle everything
- Toilets and waste - if the site has no infrastructure, we bring mobile toilets and waste bins

Simple outdoor corporate with marquee and BBQ for 80 guests - from EUR 8,500. Outdoor wedding package for 100 - EUR 18,000-30,000. Large events (festivals, 2,000+ guests) - from EUR 80,000.
Frequently asked questions
What if it rains on the day?
We always have plan B - a marquee with walls and floor letting the event continue without contact with rainwater. Weather monitoring starts 7-10 days before.
Can you host a full wedding banquet outdoors?
Yes, with a marquee for weddings up to 200 guests. Inside - banquet tables, dance floor, DJ spot and bar - like a restaurant but with nature.
How early to plan a summer outdoor event?
Summer outdoor (June-August) - 8-12 months ahead. Marquees and generators on best dates (last Saturday of June, first July weekend) book 12 months out.
Do you need permits for a private outdoor event?
Private event in your own garden - usually no. Public space or park - yes. We handle the documents when the event is on municipal land.
Does outdoor sound work as well as indoors?
With the right gear - yes. We have special outdoor line array (RCF, dB Technologies) and cardioid speakers that focus sound on the event area without disturbing neighbours.
